APS Complete Agile Less Training Course and roll out Change Enablement Office
The APS team recently completed the Agile LeSS training course with the excellent Ben Maynard.
Following completion of the course, we have created the APS change enablement office which complements our agile portfolio solutions offering. The APS Change Enablement office establishes transparency over the change process. Once transparency is there, constructive governance and oversight becomes possible.
“Access to your Change Enablement Team includes face to face meetings, project lifecycle planning meetings, governance review/feedback and agile and waterfall project support. Although we are not onsite, virtual access will make it seem as though we are”
APS “Design Thinking” gives organisations the opportunity to view a problem from a different perspective, allowing you to delve into a problem to determine its root cause. It encourages innovative thinking and creative problem solving, ultimately ensuring that the final outcome meets your organisations objectives and requirements.
APS also offer a range of Agile Solutions. Our Agile adoption and readiness assessment will deliver you an agile action plan, training on best practice Agile frameworks can be offered to your managers and programme offices, and we can deliver ongoing coaching for executives, teams and practitioners to help you to keep learning as you are earning. We can of course tailor this to your organisation’s requirements and we deliver virtually or on site.
By following our Agile Release process brings you improved quality, focuses on business value, customer and users, provides greater transparency with greater engagement to Stakeholders and provides early and predictable delivery.
