An APS client in the City of London required a Business Consultant to review the current Business Models of two organisations, recently merged, with a view to defining a combined Target Operating Model and highlighting potential synergies.
From the word ‘GO’ APS engagement during the onboarding process was flawless. I received a pack outlining details of the task at hand, key contacts across the business and what to do/where to go on day one. This allowed me to be productive from the moment I walked onsite.
Over the course of the project; we delivered a comprehensive deep dive investigation across both Business Operating Models, outlined multiple delivery options for a Target Operating Model aligned to Business Strategy, Vision and Goals and provided a financial breakdown of associated costs for delivery and possible synergies.
Whilst onsite; I worked with other APS resources across projects who I found to be engaging, knowledgeable and professional. They were there for the delivery 1st and the consultancy benefits 2nd. It was a genuinely pleasant experience from start to finish and a credit to APS’s process.
